Inclusion Service Video Guides
These videos have been developed with the support of some of our primary school and Inclusion Service colleagues.
The intention is that the videos will provide a 5-minute recap of some key aspects of adaptive teaching and research, so schools can use them to support staff CPD. For example a video could be shown at the start of a staff meeting, to help staff revisit and recap on previous learning, to then lead them into further discussion and practice sharing.
The first ‘series’ is all about Cognitive Load.
Each video follows the same format, with a short recap of the research, then some examples from one of our schools about how they have considered and applied this research across their school, and finally some signposting to further resources.
We will be building up our catalogue of videos over this year and will no doubt be reaching out to more of you to share your fabulous practice. In the meantime, please take a look!
