SEMH Mentors

 

 

Previously known as Behaviour Mentors, our SEMH Mentors are a highly skilled team who work in a time limited way with school staff to build on existing good practice. They will work alongside the key adults in school to ensure the needs of the most complex children can be met within the classroom environment.  Mentors can also offer bespoke training packages for whole school teams of support staff. SEMH Inclusion Teachers will request mentor support in consultation with their schools. The team is managed by Louise Lamont.
